Policies
As a courtesy to other guests and your therapist, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
In the event you are late, your massage appointment will be held for fifteen (15) minutes after your scheduled appointment time (unless you call) and you will be liable for payment in full of your missed appointment time. In the event you are unavoidably late for your appointment, Metroplex Therapeutic Massage will make every effort to provide the services rendered in their entirety. Some services may have to be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointments. If I am running late, you will still get your full scheduled appointment time.
When reservations are made, a credit card guarantee or Metroplex Therapeutic Massage gift certificate number is retained.
Metroplex Therapeutic Massage requires, if a reservation must be cancelled, it be done 24 hours prior the scheduled service times. If less than 24 hours notice is given or there is a “No Show”, the full service amount will be billed to the credit card or the gift certificate will be voided. On appointments booked the same day, there are no changes or cancellations, so please be certain of your appointment time, especially before booking a couples massage.
A 48 hour notice is required for parties of 2 or more or any combined treatment of 3 hours or more.
Within 48 hours of your appointment, there are no changes or cancellations. All no shows will be billed the full service amount.
Payments accepted for services are: MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Metroplex Therapeutic Massage Gift Certificates and Cash.
Gratuities are accepted and appreciated.
I am trained as your therapist to be top-notch and continually grow with working knowledge in my field. As your therapist I am trained in numerous advanced qualified techniques. The recommended gratuity is 15-20% of your treatment.
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual (excluding certain specials). The expiration date will remain the same.
Cell phones/pagers must be turned to vibrate or off while in treatment.
Metroplex Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items so please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Please let us know ahead of your appointment time if you have any medical conditions or special requests so that I should be aware of any conditions such as:
Pregnancy, recent plastic surgery, wheelchair-bound, going through cancer treatments, etc. Some conditions require an individualized form of treatment or may require a doctor’s release.
